daar het jy dit nou, ek het 'n 'chocker'/armband van my oudtydste knopies gemaak. die afgelope ruk was ek in 'n vreemde 'mood' om juwele te maak. so hou die blog dop daar is nog 'verfraaiings' oppad.

i found these beautiful tiny silver vintage buttons in a yarn store in cape town. i'm searching for ideas to turn them into jewellery.

toe ek op hierdie oulike klein silver knopies in 'n winkel afkom, in kaapstad, het ek geweet ek wil 'n armband of halsnoer van dit maak.

it's been a while since my last button-chat. i found some stunning buttons. multi-holie buttons from the amazing hella jongerius and a button-tray from the online shop snug. i also found some cool tuts to try. the red clay button is from design sponge and the blue felt button is from a blog called, my poppet.

ek het lanklaas oor knopies ge-chat. ag ek is mal oor knope. die amazing hella jongerius se baie gaatjies-knope laat my glimlag en hoe lyk dit met 'n skinkbord-knoop van die web-winkel snug.  ek het ook op 2 kiff tuts afgekom sodat jy jou eie cool knope kan maak. gaan kyk bietjie op design sponge {die rooi klei knopie} en op die my poppet blog {die blou felt knopie}.

'n jassie vir my knopie

my mom had this button in her button collection when i was a child. it was my favourite button. after a few years of pleading she gave me her collection. 

a few months ago i found this lovely tut on the kootoyoo-blog. 

whoohooo! i found a jacket for my button. hop-skip-and-jump.

my moeder het hierdie knoop van tieroog in haar knopieversameling gehad toe ek kind was. na baie jare se smeek het sy vir my die knoop en haar versameling gegee. 

na jare se top oor wat om met die knoop te doen, want dis net te mooi om tussen ander knope te los, het ek 'n oplossing gevind. hoera! afrikaners is plesiering en ek doen die riel op my sitkamermat van opgewondenheid.

hier gaat jy nou. ek het 'n jassie gevind vir my knoop op die stunning blog genaamd, kootoyoo. die patroon is heerlik maklik en vrek slim. gaan kyk bietjie hier.
